Seiche Support

Seiche runs on macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and is available through Setapp. If something isn't working, email seiche@workasintended.com and a human will reply.

Seiche isn't showing in my menu bar

Open Seiche from Applications. If your menu bar is full, macOS can hide items — try quitting another menu-bar app or widening the bar.

Notion sync isn't updating

Open Seiche's settings and reconnect Notion. Make sure the Seiche page still exists in your workspace and that Seiche still has access to it.

I forgot to start the timer

Add the entry by hand under Time Entries, or edit an existing entry's start and end times.

I need my data for invoicing

Use the CSV export from Reports, filtered by client or project and date range.
